Refund & Return Policy
We are operating as a 3rd party company and, as such, we are not affiliated with any of the smartphones, cellular device, or any other handset manufacturers. All logos, images, and trademarks are copyright of their respective owners. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by these latest terms and conditions.
All returned devices must be in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, with all components, manuals, and/or registration card(s) included.
All software issues will be resolved via a remote session within the specified warranty period, if you are unable to perform a remote session due to PC or other limitations you would be responsible for shipping cost back to our facility for software servicing.
Defective hardware components will be repaired or replaced within the 90 day warranty period providing that there are no signs of physical/water damage on the device.
All Returns will attract a 20% restocking fee.
WEBSITE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- The posted times are an average time for a support session and are not guaranteed. Session times may vary from different models, networks, and software purchased.
- As a last resort from troubleshooting, video proof will be recorded during the session. If there is a claim the device has not been Rooted or Serviced properly, we can check the recordings to verify this claim. The video requirements must be confirmed by SupportKing Management first before a refund is given.
- If the device is Rooted and/or serviced and there is a payment dispute, SupportKing reserves the right to unroot the handset and deactivate the software.
- If SupportKing services have been purchased, absolutely no refunds will be offered if the customer does not consult SupportKing before Rooting or Servicing their device elsewhere.
- SupportKing guarantees 100% to Fully Root and install their software purchased. It will be the customer’s responsibility to verify that the phone they are purchasing will be compatible with the Third-party Application they wish to use.
- If the device has been purchased and the network or application details supplied was incorrect prior to placing this order, SupportKing may reserve the right to refuse a refund.
- If a custom ROM has been installed on the device, it may be required to restore the original ROM in order to successfully Root and install the software.
In a situation where a device cannot be provided or found to suit your needs, a complete (100%) refund will be issued. A device will be found 99% of the time that will support your software successfully and safely. In the rare instance the device doesn’t work and we insist the device is correct, proof will be required of your statement before a refund is processed.
*For the refund, you MUST contact us first, as different devices have different proof requirements. If these requirements are not met, we or our suppliers with whom we work with may refuse a refund.
No refunds will be given if:
- Any information about the order provided is incorrect. (Examples are as following and are not limited to; Shipping Address, Email address, and/or other relevant Contact information requested)
- The phone is hard bricked, meaning an incorrect or improper usage was rendered in order to attempt to fix the device on your own. This can permanently damage the device. If you are not sure of how to support your device, please check with us first.
- Shipping speed of the device exceeded our stated average turnaround time. In most instances, we are very accurate or even faster with the turnaround times; however, there may be delays if any contingencies arise.
- Your device was successfully received, but the third-party application or network you wish to use with the phone is not compatible. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the device you wish to purchase will be compatible with the network or third-party application you are trying to use.
- The monitoring application was uninstalled due to a factory reset, in this event the only solution we can provide is to have the monitoring application re-installed remotely. Please note that you will need the SupportKing in your possession for 20-30 minutes with a windows PC and USB cable for the remote session.
*If you have an error with the root or are unsure about your application functioning properly, please contact us immediately for support, as our main goal is to support your device.
Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
Limitations of Liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, SupportKing.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM, DEMAND OR ACTION, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF THE CLAIM, DEMAND OR ACTION ALLEGING ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM USE OR POSSESSION OF THE DEVICE OR SOFTWARE; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, CONTRACTS OR SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, ANY DEFECT IN THE DATA, OR THE BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR BASED ON A WARRANTY, EVEN IF SupportKing.COM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CHANGES OR UPDATES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
All of our policies, including the refund policy, are subject to change. We are not required to notify our customers of any changes made, but all changes will be posted onto our websites at the earliest possible convenience, and all customers using the website will be prompted to access and read the updated policy. All of the policies provided by us will be dated at the time of release, so that you can ensure that you have access to the most updated policy. If, for any reason, you object to the alterations made to our refund policies, please contact us in the method provided below. Please be aware that any purchase you make on our website is covered by the updated version of our policy, and by buying our products, you agree to our refund policies.
